'If the ravens were to leave the tower, the tower would collapse and the kingdom would go down with it.'
Clipped is a site-specific performance took place at the park across Tower of London, exploring the suppressed emotions in grieving.
Inspired by the legend of the ravens at Tower of London, Vera investigated the culture of suppressing grief which she found in both her cultural background, Taiwan, and English culture.
Clipped is a 10-minute site-specific work performed by three performers and the objects, the engraved bench and playground equipment at the park where the performance took place.
This performance is an act of remorse and a reminder to grieve.
